This depends on the plan purchased. You can choose between 5, 25 and unlimited sites. Dev / staging sites do not count towards your install count.

You can use the browser extension on an unlimited number of browsers within the organisation that purchased the license. Support people might switch between multiple browsers while troubleshooting issues on customer website so this keeps it simple.

If you have a large support team please consider a Pro or Agency license.

Your license key can be found on your order confirmation email. Alternatively the person who purchased Nag Me Not can log in to https://users.freemius.com/login and access it from there.

Yes. Web designers who install Nag Me Not on their client sites may also offer WordPress support services where they access sites they don’t own. Or plugin developers might want to install it on their own site. It is good to keep your options open.

Browser extension v2.x:
Click the Nag Me Not icon in the tool bar, followed by the “Managed allowed domains” link. With the extension options screen showing press F12 (Chrome, other browsers may differ) to open DevTools.

Under Storage > Extension Storage > Sync you should see a similar set of Keys.

Click on “licenseKey” and press delete selected (the little X). Repeat the same for “licenseStatus”.

Close DevTools, then on the previous options screen press refresh. The screen will now show that no license key has been set, allowing you to provide a new key.
